TrueLanguage provides customized billing by gathering information from callers before every interpretation session. Gathered
information may appear on your monthly invoice.

Your invoice will automatically include the date, total cost, and language needed for each call. In addition to the information
above, TrueLanguage can collect up to four additional pieces of information for the call. Please enter the information you wish to be collected below (e.g. purchase order number, client/matter number, caller name, subject matter, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: If you indicate “YES” (required for billing), the caller will NOT be connected to an interpreter without this information. If we should connect the caller regardless of them having the particular piece of information, please indicate “NO.”
